Hi, my American friend's dad is applying for a visa to visit him in Russia. There is a question 'Do you currently have relatives in Russia?'. Should the friend's father select 'yes'? Even though his son isn't Russian or a resident and doesn't have citizenship? Or is it best to click 'yes' just in case?

Unless he has relatives who are Russian citizens, or residents, the answer is NO...
