Hello! I'm planning a business trip to Moscow next month. Now I need to book a hotel, preferably closer to the center of the city. What hotels do you recommend me to consider?

Thank you in advance!

Hello, OLIVIA43
I work in the international company, so I often have to go to Moscow. Last time I stayed at the Novotel hotel.
In order to advise you a hotel, I need to understand what price for the room will be convenient for you.
The review of the best hotels in Moscow is presented at https://www.moscovery.com/hospitality/. Here you can see the average price per room. Most often, I look for information Im interested in on this website. In such a way I always plan my trip, choose hotels, restaurants and other places where Id like to go.

I cant say that I like it the most. There are simply good spacious rooms and pleasant staff here. Well, and the prices are respectively available.

My friends advised me the 5-star Hotel "National" and the restaurant in the hotel. They said that the cuisine is very delicious, and the hotel is located right next to Red Square. I'll be in Moscow for the first time, so I dont know the prices at all.

The Hotel National is one of the best hotels in Moscow. I'm sure you'll like it. There is the Grand-Caf Dr.Zhivago with Russian national cuisine in this hotel.

Im planning to have breakfast at the hotel. Could you please advise me the best place in the center of the city where I can have lunch?

There are a lot of TOP restaurants in the center, where you can also have lunch. The prices for dishes from the menu are different in such restaurants.
I most often have lunch in the Coffee House. This caf offers adequate prices and menu in English. I think you'll like it, too.

When youll be in Moscow, be sure to go to the restaurant Sixty. It is located in the Moscow skyscraper. Prices are average here, and the most beautiful thing in this restaurant is the view from the window! Very original serving of dishes. The restaurant is located on the 62nd floor.

My wife and I liked this restaurant too. There is a very beautiful interior and a breathtaking view of Moscow at night here.

I stayed at this hotel too. There's a very nice restaurant with their national dishes there.

I'm flying to Moscow next week, and I've already booked a room. What is the best way to get to the hotel? What is the price for a taxi? Should I negotiate the price in advance or payment should be made strictly according to a taxi fare cost calculator?

Welcome to the forum.
The best (Cheapest) option to get to the center of Moscow from the Airports is to travel by Train, traveling to the center of Moscow by Taxi is very expensive.
Depending upon the airport that you will arrive the train will take you to a different station, when you arrive in the station in Moscow it is possible to get a taxi to get to the hotel that you will be staying in this is a lot cheaper.

I most often take a taxi with a calculator right at the airport and book hotels in the center of the city.

I am lucky because I will be met at the airport) My company will provide me with an interpreter at once, who will accompany me.

It is good! The interpreter will be able to tell you where best to go in Moscow. There are a lot of interesting places there. Be sure to walk around Red Square.
