Foreigners Visiting Russia Required to Submit Detailed Travel Plans

http://www.themoscowtimes.com/news/article/foreigners-visiting-russ...

"Travelers will now be required to list all cities and towns they intend to visit in Russia, along with information about their Russian hosts or visa sponsors, the Interfax news agency reported Monday, citing the tour operators' association."

Hmm, gives me a tricky situation for my trip to mother in laws in July.

We normally stay at hers for just over a week and then spend around another week at my wife's friends.

My mother in law doesn't speak any English at all, she lives in a Military Village where I am pretty sure I am not meant to be there. This is around 2 hours from St Petersburg.

We always do a tourist visa via Real Russia and I also pay Real Russia and register my visa with their partner Office in the Centre of St Petersburg. We have been doing this for years without any hitch.

From my understanding from posting before, other than doing fingerprints, it looked like Real Russia could still do all of this on a tourist visa as per normal but this looks like it could create a problem.

Anyone have any ideas? I honestly think a visitor visa is out of the question.
