Hi Team
My wife and I plan to travel from London to Hong Kong via Uzbekistarn (by rail) on our return to New Zealand.
We are taking Train No6 from Moscow to Tashkent (Uzbekistan)
I believe the rail route cosses the Kazakhstan boarder a few times - be it for a short time, although not stopping at any Kazakhstan station.
Do I need a Kazakhstan transit visa?
thanks
John

Hi John

If you dont stop in Kazakhstan at all then you dont need a visa, or if you stop but do not get off the train you dont need a visa. See a previous post on this topic:

I hope this helps.
