Subject: Vladivostok to St Petersberg - Oct 2010

This is my plan for October, if anyone is going to be doing roughly the same route or be in the same cities on the same dates we should meet up n you know have fun, travel, drink ect...

It's a long shot but if there is anyone out there

. The train itself, direct with no stops takes 8 days. Thus planning a trip that involves flying to Japan, getting to the ferry departure point, taking the ferry, taking the train, making stops, seeing Moscow, heading to Petersburg and then to Berlin probably means more than 15 days, probably closer to 30+ days to do it right. Do you have that amount of time? If not, perhaps there is some other trip that would make more sense.
