You might also want to check out http://www.bahn.de/i/view/GBR/en/index.shtml there is extensive coverage.

Also bear in mind that as far as train travel in Russia is concerned Real Russia offer a very good service

Hi friends i am bit confused now lot of people suggested me a lot about the trip to Europe by train , i have gone through lot of sites where i got the information on train trip but when it comes to pricing part what i found is its gone cost me more than air flight .

That is train travel for you, it takes longer, it is (sometimes) more expensive, but you do get to see the country passing you by and you have the experience of the travel by train.

I did a journey from Edinburgh to Yekaterinburg in 2007, I managed to get tickets from Edinburgh-London-Brussels-Koln-Berlin, Dortmund-Koln-Brussels-London-Edinburgh for £150 return with the various different companies paying a discounted price, However Berlin to Moscow and St Petersburg-Berlin both single journeys where in excess of that price.
Please tell us where you want to travel too and maybe we can help you a bit further.

Where the "frog" did those spam links come from.

I am sure that they were not there when I posted my replies.

I did a trip from Glasgow to Yekaterinburg in 2007, I handled to get passes from Edinburgh-London-Brussels-Koln-Berlin, Dortmund-Koln-Brussels-London-Edinburgh for £150 come back with the various different organizations spending a cost, However Germany to Moscow and St Petersburg-Berlin both individual trips where in unwanted of that cost.
Please tell us where you want to journey too and maybe we can help you a bit further.

And now we have one of our own members spamming the boards just to get a few more stars under his name.

Sad...very sad
