When I went to the BIA website to find out some useful information for people regarding the thread on Dual nationals and e-borders, I couldn't find anything at all but I found this statement on "equality and diversity":

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/aboutus/equalityanddiversity

Not living in the UK anymore, I just wondered what people thought of this?

Its all very well promoting diversity and inclusivness to the staff of UKBA but it doesn't apply to the way they deal with visa applicants.

The "rules" are subject to change as and when the ECO sees fit, for whatever reason he/she thinks up at the time in order to refuse an application even though that application includes the evidence requested.

Diversity is a box-ticking excercise for senior management to achieve their targets and therefore qualify for an unearned and undeserved bonus or a knighthood.
