Subject: What to do about travel insurance for Russia / UK Dual Nationality

Hi,
I am looking for travel advice from anyone with experience of travelling to Russia with a child having both Russian and UK passports.

We will be travelling to Moscow next week with our 21 month old daughter.

We plan for her to travel out on her Russian passport and return on her UK passport so do not have a visa in her UK passport.

How should we handle insurance for her?
My wife thinks that there are some rules that if you have Russia based insurance it cannot be used in 100km of where you registered BUT our daughter is not registered in Russia - this is her first visit.

My wife also thinks that if we insure her as a UK citizen it will be invalid because we don't have a Visa in her UK passport.

Any advice? It is not easy to find anything online about this.
My wife even called Russian insurance company and they did not help / know.

Thanks in advance.
