Hi all,
I am in a predicament & looking for advice. I am currently in Moscow on a 12 month multiple entry visa valid till the end of September 2021. I am here with my wife need to leave on 20-Jan 21 to comply with the 90/180 day rule. Normally we would have traveled to Thailand where we also have a home, but due to the current restrictions this is not possible. My question is can I cancel my current visa on my return to the UK on the 20-Jan & apply for a new 3 month business visa & would this allow me to return to Moscow before the 180 days has elapsed as it would be a new visa.
I would really appreciate any advice given as I have already spent significant time apart from my wife in the last 12 months.
Many Thanks.
Grahamski.
